All orders are processed according to the method disclosed at the time of sale (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. International Shipping: Mostly shipped from Korea to the customer's home in the United States. It may take 1-4 days after leaving Korea, and no additional shipping fees apply.

 

Curbside Pick-up: Items are delivered to the designated location specified at the time of order. This service is available in certain areas of CA & WA.

Refunds Policy

We accept a refund to 07 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@matzipcode.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns.
